Umar Jada, a prominent political figure in Adamawa State and a key ally of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, has stepped down from his positions as the Assistant National Publicity Secretary and the North East Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Dependable NG reports that Jada, widely recognized in Adamawa as Calculate, stated in his formal resignation letter that the decision was necessary to allow him to fully refocus his attention on other critical personal commitments. The resignation is effective immediately.
“I write to formally tender my resignation as the assistant national publicity secretary and zonal publicity secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) effective immediately,” Jada’s statement read.
He further clarified that the decision to step down was difficult but crucial, as he needed to attend to pressing private matters that require his undivided attention. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity he had to serve and contribute to the growth and visibility of the ADC.
