Former Big Brother Naija reality television star, Natasha Akide, famously known as Tacha, has revealed that her perception of marriage has fundamentally changed since achieving fame. The reality star was categorical in stating that she can no longer marry solely for love, insisting that since she is a millionaire, her future husband must be a billionaire.
Dependable NG reports that Tacha explained that before her participation in the 2019 Big Brother Naija reality show, she had been open to the idea of marrying for love. However, her views shifted significantly after gaining fame and wealth.
In a candid interview with Yanga FM Lagos, she stated, “I can’t marry just because of love. I’m looking for a billionaire. I’m a millionaire, so my potential husband should be richer than me. I’m certain I can’t marry for love. If I was before Big Brother Naija, maybe, it would have been an option. But right now, it’s a No.” Despite her financial criteria for a spouse, Tacha added that marriage is not her main priority at the moment, stressing that she is focused primarily on building her career.
